As you know the boogaloo’s founder prior to starting the movement owned and operated a local non profit (community action group) and sometimes items are sold to raise funds for the volunteer services offered to the community. Around 15 Years ago one day he was working on a food drive and his father randomly gave a large number of old Hawaiian shirts he no longer wanted. He forgot about the shirts in his truck until the following week setting up at a local gun show, he noticed them and decided to sell the shirts beside some other items and surprisingly sold out the first hour. He then went to the local thrift store and got several more for the next day of the show. He again sold out the first few hours. This became a regular thing Selling shirts on ebay and other sites that allowed gently used items. unfortunately after censorship hit the internet hard, the only sales that can be done was in person, until we found this site. We now offer a vast amount of sizes and styles of pre loved Hawaiian shirts that we find. The sales of which goes to efforts of helping the homeless and recovering addicts and the local programs we offer to help men be men again. With this we have given back to the community from 3d printed weapons for under privileged women to our coolest invention “The Teepee” a small single person short term use shelter that has saved many lives during the harsh weather months not just here in Columbus Ohio but all over the Midwest were the boogaloo operates. Coming soon proving we have the funds, the Bigloo a larger 2-4 person dome shape semi permanent modular yurt style shelter good for off gid use not just for the homeless.
